Use of this site
This site provides information about foundation repair in the Panama City area. Submitting the form creates no contract; none exists until a written scope is signed by both parties.
Regional information, not property-specific
Descriptions of soils, fill and settlement describe the region generally. Soil surveys map areas rather than individual parcels, and what is beneath any particular lot has to be established on that lot. Nothing here is an assessment of your property.
We are not geotechnical engineers
We are a foundation repair contractor. We do not drill soil borings, perform laboratory testing, or issue geotechnical reports or engineering determinations. Where that work is required it belongs to a firm licensed to perform it, and we will say so rather than substitute our own opinion.

Pricing
Ranges shown are typical and are not quotations. Prices are issued only in a written scope following an on-site survey, and pier pricing in particular depends on a depth to competent bearing that cannot be known before installation begins.
